As a basic law in the field of e-commerce, the E-Commerce Law is highly targeted, feasible and inclusive. In the theme report session, Professor Zhao Xudong of China University of Political Science and Law made a theme report on the achievements and development of the E-commerce Law, expounding the achievements of the E-commerce Law in ensuring industrial development, promoting theoretical research and guiding judicial law enforcement, and suggested the establishment of a normative system with platform governance as the core. Professor Xue Jun of Peking University made a keynote report on "Issues and Countermeasures and Suggestions for the Supervision and Development of Cross-border E-commerce", analyzing the current situation and putting forward suggestions from the aspects of cross-border import and cross-border export. Professor Yang Dong of Renmin University of Chinese gave a keynote report on "From E-commerce Law to Digital Economy Promotion Law: A Useful Exploration for Constructing China's Independent Knowledge System", analyzed the scientific logic and significance of the law from e-commerce to digital economy promotion, and put forward targeted policy suggestions. Pan Haifeng, deputy secretary-general of the China Consumers Association, said that the "E-commerce Law" strengthens the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in the field of e-commerce consumption, and plays an important role in optimizing the consumption environment in the field of online shopping and boosting consumer confidence. Huang Zheng, deputy secretary-general of the China Federation of Network Society Organizations, said that e-commerce and network integrity are inseparable, and China Network Federation will take the promotion of network integrity as the starting point, strengthen the self-discipline of the Internet industry, and promote the standardized development of the industry.
