There are several ways to dilute tahini:
Sesame oil + cold boiled water dilution method: Take an appropriate amount of sesame paste and put it in a seasoning bowl, add a little sesame oil, stir clockwise, and when the sesame paste begins to thin, continue to add sesame oil or cold boiled water, stir clockwise while adding until the sesame paste is diluted to the desired extent.
Warm boiled water dilution method: Put an appropriate amount of tahini in a seasoning bowl, stir and add an appropriate amount of warm boiling water (must be lukewarm) until the tahini is diluted to the desired extent.
Salt + cool boiled water dilution method: Put an appropriate amount of sesame paste in a seasoning bowl, add a little salt, stir clockwise, and pour in an appropriate amount of cold boiled water while stirring. Note that you can't pour cold water all at once, but add it slowly and little by little. Stir clockwise with water until the tahini is diluted to the desired extent.
Note that all of the above methods need to be stirred in one direction to ensure an even texture and texture of the tahini. Diluted tahini can be used for dressing, dipping sauces, or noodles.
In addition, when diluting the tahini, the water added should be lukewarm or cooled in advance, because the warm water can make the tahini fully dissolved and the taste more delicate. If it is diluted directly with cold water, the tahini may clump. At the same time, the amount of water added should be gradually increased, and not too much at one time, so as not to affect the taste.
