Li Moujia entrusted the group's itinerary in Beihai to Yang, and Yang entrusted Liu, who knew him, to collect relevant expenses from the group tourists. At that time, because the tourists had objections to the fees, Liu Moudong did not receive any fees, and the group returned to Chongqing on the 18th.
