By understanding the cutting-edge trends of industry development and the employment needs of enterprises, this research work promotes the accurate connection between professional talent training and social needs, provides necessary support for curriculum reform, and also builds a good communication platform for students and employers to improve the quality of employment.

The survey was long, wide in scope and large in number of participants, 21 undergraduate majors and 52 professional teachers of the university conducted research in 108 enterprises across the country in a one-month period, including large central enterprises such as Chinese Life Insurance (Group) Company, Fortune 500 enterprises such as KUKA Robotics Guangdong ***, well-known state-owned enterprises such as Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., and large enterprises with strong representation in other industries.

The research team introduced the basic information of the school's development history, school-running direction, and talent training mode to the enterprise, focusing on the "Four Truths and Three Modernizations" (FT) curriculum construction model, and conducted in-depth exchanges with the person in charge of the enterprise on talent training, curriculum reform, school-enterprise cooperation, etc.

The research team of the equipment manufacturing professional cluster of the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering went to Ningbo Xinguanlian Electromechanical Co., Ltd. Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd. and other enterprises for research, and through visiting enterprises and discussing with them, they had an in-depth understanding of curriculum reform and off-campus classroom construction.

The research team of the new business professional cluster of the producer service industry of the Department of Management Engineering has successively investigated 22 enterprises such as Yiwu International Inland Port Group and Jingdong Group Co., Ltd., opened up a series of school-enterprise cooperation networks with a deep foundation, and collected a number of important information on the social needs of curriculum construction and reform.

The research team of the Department of Information Engineering's integrated circuit and integrated system and data science and big data technology went to Shenzhen, Dongguan and Suzhou to investigate and investigate, mainly to understand the current development status and application prospects of the IT industry, and lay the foundation for the construction of the School of Digital Intelligence Industry and the construction of off-campus classrooms.

The professional research team of civil engineering and engineering management of the Department of Architectural Engineering went to Chengdu Sichuan Yuanfeng Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. Zhongtian Design Group and other enterprises for research, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on talent training goals, enterprise talent needs and industry-university-research project cooperation.

The research team of the Department of Health and Nursing went to Shanghai and Guangzhou to investigate a number of tertiary hospitals such as Aerospace Center Hospital and Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, focusing on industry development trends, students' job ability training, and off-campus classroom construction.

A number of enterprises have reached long-term cooperation intentions with our school, and at the same time put forward opinions and suggestions on the cultivation of professional talents, such as focusing on cultivating students' core competencies, we should also pay attention to excavating students' strengths in all aspects, and pay attention to students' ability and level of solving practical problems.

The research team has signed agreements with a number of enterprises in terms of school-enterprise co-construction of courses, off-campus classroom construction, and co-construction of talent training bases, and substantial progress has been made in the research work. At the same time, a number of companies said that they would hold special job fairs for our graduates to solve the problem of enterprise talent demand.

Through this survey, we not only broadened the horizons of professional teachers, but also expanded the connection between the major and large enterprises in other regions, understood the current employment needs of enterprises, and provided directional guidance for future curriculum reform and professional talent training. In the process of investigation, it also demonstrated the effectiveness of our school's curriculum construction and talent training, expanded the influence of the school, and played a positive role in continuously promoting the school's curriculum reform and the construction of off-campus classrooms.
