Unpack and take a look at what accessories there are, you can see that in addition to the body of this pre-filter, it is also equipped with a PE tube, a simple wrench, two sealing silicone gaskets, two all-copper joint nuts, a set of DN25 PPR fusion joints, a group of DN20 PPR fusion joints, and a bottle mouth O-ring A, and then there is the manual, the overall accessories are still very comprehensive, and there are spare parts.

On the edge of the pressure gauge, we see that there is a circular scale designed here, which can be rotated, and the number on it corresponds to exactly 12 months, which is used to record the time it takes to clean the filter. For example, if we do a cleaning in August, we can adjust the scale to the number 8 and align it with the arrow, and we will have a time to refer to it next time we do cleaning.
The filter bottle of the pre-filter is made of polymer filter bottle, which is made of BPA-free, which is very safe, and has passed the quality and safety monitoring of SGS to ensure the safety of drinking water for users. The bottle has also passed harsh environment tests, including 16kg pressurized water injection - 30 freezing test, 80kg explosion-proof test, and 200,000 water hammer tests that exceed industry standards.
The inside of the fuselage adopts double filtration, and what we see is its external mesh filter element, which adopts a bionic laminated design, which looks like a circle. The filtration accuracy of the outer net is 80 microns, which can effectively filter rust, debris, hair, algae, etc. in the water. The inner mesh is a flat woven dense mesh made of 316 stainless steel, which can reach 40 microns and can filter sediment, bloodworms and rust in the water.
Each layer of filter has a different division of labor, and it must be cleaned after a long time, otherwise the water quality will get worse and worse. This is the sewage outlet at the bottom of the filter, and the PE pipe in the fitting can be plugged and connected when installed, so that after the filter element is cleaned, the sewage can be quickly discharged to the sewer. Although it is a new community, this does not mean that the water quality is good, and after installing the pre-filter, its filtration effect is still immediate. The picture above was taken when it was first installed and after one day of use, and you can see that the surface of the filter screen is covered with dense impurities. Some impurities are visible to the naked eye in red, which should be rust. I usually look at the very clear tap water, but I didn't expect so many impurities in it.
