Standard specification for the installation of cold storage air coolers
Cold storage air cooler installation Standard air cooler is one of the important refrigeration equipment in cold storage, which can provide an appropriate amount of cold air for the cold storage and maintain a stable temperature in the cold storage. The installation quality of the air cooler directly affects the refrigeration effect and operation safety of the cold storage. According to the relevant standards and specifications of our country, the installation of cold storage air coolers should follow the following standards:
1.Location selection: The air cooler should be installed in the position of smooth air flow in the cold storage, and avoid the dead angle of installation in the warehouse, so as to ensure that the cold air can be evenly distributed in the warehouse. At the same time, sufficient space should be maintained around the air cooler for later maintenance and cleaning.
2.Foundation installation: The foundation of the air cooler should be flat and sturdy, and able to withstand the load of the equipment during operation. During installation, it should be ensured that the air cooler is placed horizontally to ensure the refrigeration effect and stable operation.
3.Pipe connection: The refrigeration pipe of the air cooler should be firmly connected and have good sealing performance. The pipe connection should be insulated with special insulation materials to reduce the loss of cooling capacity.
4.Electrical connection: The electrical connection of the air cooler should meet the national electrical safety standards, and the junction box should have waterproof and dustproof functions. At the same time, the power cord of the air cooler should be sheathed to avoid entanglement with refrigeration pipes and water pipes.
5.Drainage system: The cold storage air cooler should be equipped with an effective drainage system to ensure that the condensate can be discharged in time to avoid water droplets freezing and dampness in the warehouse. The drainage system should be cleaned and inspected regularly to ensure that the drainage is unobstructed.
6.Control system: The air cooler should be equipped with a reliable control system, which can realize automatic start and stop, temperature adjustment and other functions. The control system should have fault alarm and remote monitoring functions, so that managers can understand the operation status of the equipment in a timely manner.
7.Safety protection: The cold storage air cooler should be equipped with corresponding safety protection measures, such as protective fences, safety covers, etc., to prevent personnel from misoperation and accidental injury.
8.Commissioning and inspection: After the installation of the air cooler is completed, strict commissioning and inspection should be carried out to ensure that the equipment performance is up to standard and the operation is stable.
The specific installation standards of cold storage air coolers are as follows:
1. Air cooler installation.
1) The installation position of the air cooler should be far away from the warehouse door, and in the middle of the wall, the installed air cooler should be kept horizontal
2) The air cooler is hoisted on the top plate, and its fixation must be tied with a special nylon screw (material nylon 66) to prevent the formation of a cold bridge
3) When the air cooler is bolted to the air-cooler, it is required to install a square wooden block with a length greater than 100mm and a thickness greater than 5mm on the upper part of the roof to increase the load-bearing area of the library plate, prevent the deformation of the library plate, and prevent the formation of a cold bridge at the same time
4) The distance between the air cooler and the back wall is 300 500mm, or according to the size provided by the air cooler manufacturer;
5) The wind direction of the air cooler cannot be reversed, so as to ensure that the air cooler blows outward
6) When the cold storage is defrosted, the fan motor must be disconnected to prevent the hot air from blowing into the warehouse when the defrost is melted
7) The loading height of the cold storage should be at least 30cm lower than the bottom of the air cooler. The inspection content includes refrigeration effect, electrical safety, equipment operation noise, etc.
2. Refrigeration pipeline installation.
1) When installing the expansion valve, the temperature sensor bag must be tightly tied to the upper part of the horizontal air return pipe, and ensure good contact with the air return pipe, and should be kept warm outside the air return pipe to prevent the temperature sensor bag from being affected by the storage temperature
2) Before the return pipe of the air cooler climbs out of the warehouse, the oil return bend should be installed at the bottom of the riser
3) When the refrigerated processing room and the refrigerated storage or medium temperature cabinet share a unit, the evaporation pressure regulating valve must be added before the return air pipeline of the refrigerated processing room is connected with other cold storage or medium temperature cabinet pipelines
4) Each cold storage must install independent ball valves on the return pipe and liquid supply pipeline to facilitate debugging and maintenance.
Other pipeline selection, welding, laying, fixing, insulation, etc. must be implemented in accordance with the standards specified in the "Refrigeration Pipeline Engineering Materials, Construction, and Inspection Standards".
3. Drainage pipe installation.
1) The drainage pipeline in the library should be as short as possibleThe drainage pipe outside the warehouse should be walked on the back or side of the cold storage in an inconspicuous place to prevent collision and affect the appearance;
2) There should be a certain slope to the outside of the cold storage leading to the drainage pipe of the air cooler, so that the defrost water can be discharged smoothly out of the warehouse
3) For cold storage with a working temperature of less than 5, the drainage pipe in the warehouse must be equipped with a thermal insulation pipe (wall thickness greater than 25mm);
4) The freezer drain pipe must be installed with a heating wire;
5) The connecting pipe outside the warehouse must be equipped with a drainage trap, and a certain liquid seal must be ensured in the pipe to prevent a large amount of hot air from outside the warehouse from entering the cold storage
6) In order to prevent the drainage pipe from being dirty and blocked, each cold storage must be set up with a separate defrosting water drainage drain (the cold storage can be set up in the warehouse, and the freezer must be set up outdoors).
In short, the installation of cold storage air coolers should be carried out in strict accordance with the above standards to ensure the normal operation and safety of cold storage. At the same time, the user unit should regularly maintain and inspect the air cooler to ensure its efficient, safe and stable operation.
