Wang Jing, chief scientist of the Institute of Food and Nutrition Development of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and director of the Double Protein Engineering Center of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, gave a keynote report on "Double Protein Engineering and Its Role in Nutrition and Health". Wang Jing said that in recent years, the team has actively implemented the "National Nutrition Plan (2017-2030)", carried out in-depth "double protein engineering", carried out theoretical research on the interaction mechanism and efficacy evaluation of double protein molecules, developed different categories of double protein new nutritional and health foods suitable for different groups of people, and cooperated with **, hospitals and other parties to carry out nutritional interventions for different groups. Zhang Jianping, director of the Department of Bone Marrow Transplantation of Lu Daopei Hospital, introduced the application of double protein nutrition in patients with hematopoietic tumors from four aspects: the nutritional status of hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients, the causes of nutritional deficiency in transplant patients, the nutritional support methods of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and the purpose of nutritional support for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. He mentioned that patients with blood diseases, especially when undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, a good basic state is an important prerequisite for the smooth progress of the first place, and reasonable nutritional support is very needed. Professor Zhu Huilian of the School of Public Health of Sun Yat-sen University pointed out that sufficient protein, whether it is high-quality protein from animals or plants, can effectively maintain the nutritional health of the elderly.
