The "veterans' cold bag" issued this time was all donated and supported by Beijing Automobile Sales Jinan Baoying Automobile Sales, and Wei Wei, Secretary-General of Jinan Care for Veterans Association, issued a donation certificate on behalf of Jinan Care for Veterans Association.
At the veteran's home, the staff had a cordial conversation with the veterans, learned more about their housing warmth and daily life, and sent the veterans cotton clothes, quilts, cotton socks, cotton gloves and other "veterans' cold bags", and told the veterans to pay attention to weather changes, add cold-proof clothes and bedding in time, take care of their bodies, and remind the veterans to pay attention to the safety of fire, electricity and gas to ensure safe and warm winter.
In the winter of 2020, the "Veterans Warm Action" public welfare project was launched by the Jinan Caring for Veterans Association, which distributed "veterans' cold bags" to rural veterans over 65 years old who had difficulties in life. Up to now, 500 veterans have been distributed "veterans' cold bags", and more than 10 caring enterprises and 200 volunteers have participated in the visit and distribution action, effectively meeting the emergency life and psychological care needs of veterans.
"Veterans warm pack" not only sent to the veterans' homes, but also sent to the veterans' hearts, Jinan City Care for Veterans ** will call on more caring enterprises, caring people to join the team of caring and helping veterans, and jointly contribute to the service of veterans in Jinan City.
