From now until the end of the Spring Festival in 2024, the city will adopt a combination of upper and lower linkage, departmental cooperation, centralized rectification and long-term management, and carry out special rectification actions for road transport market order within the main urban area (Shuangqiao District and High-tech Zone), comprehensively rectify the road transport market order, severely crack down on all kinds of illegal and illegal behaviors, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of operators, provide a safe, smooth and orderly road transport environment for the masses, and ensure the safe, standardized and healthy development of the city's road transport industry.
On December 8, the surprise inspection team composed of the traffic police detachment of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Municipal Transportation Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment came to the G101 Beijing-Shenyang Line Geological Museum Section, Chengchao Expressway Shuangfeng Temple Toll Station and other places to carry out joint law enforcement actions, marking the official opening of the special rectification action for the road transport market order.
In this special rectification action, the municipal transportation department will do this:
Strictly investigate and deal with the behavior of engaging in road passenger transport, tourist passenger transport, dangerous goods transport and general cargo transport business activities without obtaining road transport business licenses and tourist passenger transport qualifications;
Strictly investigate and punish road transport operators who use satellite positioning devices to engage in business activities that cannot maintain the best transport vehicles;
Strictly investigate and punish the behavior of passenger shuttles not stopping at approved passenger distribution stations or not following the prescribed routes and announced shifts;
Strictly investigate and punish the behavior of soliciting passengers outside the chartered bus contract to take the bus if it does not operate with a valid chartered passenger transport sign, does not operate in accordance with the matters stated on the chartered passenger transport sign, and does not operate in accordance with the matters stated on the chartered passenger transport sign, and if both ends of the line are not in the place where the car is registered

At the same time, the municipal public security traffic management department will be responsible for road inspection and control, according to the law to investigate and deal with the motor vehicles on the road without a license plate or the use of section number plates, unlicensed and unlicensed "black cars", "cloned cars", fake cars, unlicensed driving and other behaviors, cooperate with the traffic law enforcement department to investigate and collect evidence, and assist in taking administrative compulsory measures;Suspected illegal operations will be handed over to the traffic law enforcement department for handling.
