It is understood that the e-commerce base of Huating Courtyard in Chengling Township began to produce sorghum baba in June this year, and the sorghum baba they produced have the words "Chengling Big Drum", which is combined with the local provincial intangible cultural heritage "(Chengling) Big Drum Book" cultural elements, and registered the "Chengling Big Drum Ba" brand, and now "Chengling Big Drum Ba" has been sold to Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other places.
The production of "Chengling Dagu Ba" should first mix and knead the ground sorghum batter and flour in a certain proportion to make the sorghum dough more and more tendonous, and then knead it into a small dough and put it into a special grinding tool for compaction, and the sorghum cake that is round like a small drum is formed, and then put it into the steamer to steam for at least 20 minutes, and the fragrant glutinous sorghum cake will be produced, and finally packed in the cool area before it is sold.
