They need to have relevant professional skills and practical experience, be able to skillfully operate various greening and maintenance tools and equipment, understand the laws and characteristics of plant growth, and be able to carry out scientific planting and maintenance according to the needs of plants.
Grading
Level 5 junior worker, level 4 intermediate worker, ** senior worker, level 2 technician, level 1 senior technician. (*The above must be applied for each level).
Job description
1) Afforestation: responsible for tree planting, pruning, building hedges, flower beds, lawns and other greening work to ensure that the greening facilities are clean and beautiful
2) Pest control: responsible for the prevention and control of plant pests and diseases, and the use of green environmental protection methods for prevention and control
3) Environmental sanitation and cleaning: responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of parks, squares, flower beds and other areas, and timely clean up fallen leaves, weeds and other garbage;
4) On-site construction: responsible for the construction of various greening projects, such as planting trees, building flower beds, lawns, etc.;
5) Facility maintenance: responsible for the maintenance of facilities in public green spaces, such as watering, pruning, and replacing greening facilities;
6) Technical guidance: provide greening consultation and technical guidance to citizens and users, and answer greening questions.
