Fourth, the settlement method.

5. Payment Methods.

4. After the completion and acceptance are passed, the balance shall be paid within one year.
5. If Party A fails to pay according to the payment method agreed by Party A and Party B, Party B has the right to stop the construction of the project, and Party B will not be liable for the losses caused thereby.
6. Work of Party A and Party B:
1. Party A's work:
a. Provide water, electricity, job site, etc., warehouse, interior wall scaffolding materials, mortar machines, construction elevators, etc. for Party B's use.
b. Provide relevant drawings and information and remove obstacles on the construction site.
c. Responsible for supervising the progress and quality of the project and applying for visas.

2. Party B's work:
a. After entering the site, the construction personnel shall carry out construction according to the construction safety operation specifications, and obey the command of Party A's full-time safety personnel.
b. Prepare the construction organization design, make construction preparations and reasonable deployment of construction machinery and tools.
c. Do a good job in the procurement, management and management of materials according to the provisions of the contract.
d. Carry out construction in strict accordance with the construction drawings and operating procedures to ensure the quality and progress of the project.
e. 7. Project quality and completion acceptance.

8. Other matters.
1. This contract shall come into force after the signature and seal of both parties, and shall come into force after the performance of all the terms of the contract.
