If you are only filtering a single column of data, you can use the "own characteristics" of the data, such as the difference in color and size, to make a quick selection
The method is that in the form, it is still necessary to select the "Filter" target range first, then click Start, Edit Bar, Sort and Filter, click the filter option, after success, in the drop-down dialog box, select "Filter by color", we select the "Red", so that you can use the "data background color" to quickly select the target, as shown in the following figure:
Similarly, we can also use the "data size relationship" to quickly select the target, in the drop-down bar, we select the number filter, after the selection will appear the series of numerical relationship options, we take "greater than" as an example, after entering the relevant data, click OK, the operation is completed. 3) Sort out the inclusion rules and filter multiple columns.
If you are filtering multiple columns of data, then be sure to pay attention to the "data between" inclusion rules, and follow the logical order of "large to medium, medium to small" as much as possible.

The "filter" function is only valid for the data of the "vertical column items" in the form, if the data of the "horizontal row items" is filtered, we need to convert it to vertical first, and then filter the operation!
