The boiler bag filter is an efficient and environmentally friendly dust removal equipment, which is mainly used for the treatment of boiler flue gas. It uses bag filtration technology to achieve the purification of flue gas by intercepting the dust particles in the flue gas on the surface of the bag. The boiler bag filter has the advantages of large air volume, high dust removal efficiency, stable operation and convenient maintenance, and is widely used in various industrial production processes.
The principle of the boiler bag filter is: when the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, it first touches the baffle of the air inlet, and the air flow is forced to turn into the ash hopper. The airflow slows down, and due to inertia, the coarse dust in the gas falls directly into the hopper. The fine-particulate dust then folds upwards with the air flow into the filter chamber and is blocked by the filter bag. The clean air enters the clean air chamber of the upper box through the filter bag opening, and then is discharged from the air outlet. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the resistance of the equipment to rise to the set value, the pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air is sprayed and cleaned through the blowing pipe. The filter bag expands sharply in an instant, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off and fall into the ash hopper. After a certain amount of time, the pulse valve closes and the injection stops. After several times of spray cleaning, the filter bag gradually recovers its original filtration energy.
The selection of the dust bag of the boiler bag is very important, which directly affects the dust removal effect and service life of the dust collector. When choosing a dust bag, you need to consider the following aspects:
Temperature: Select the dust bag of the corresponding material according to the temperature of the boiler flue gas. High-temperature flue gas should be selected with high-temperature resistant fluoromex, pps and other material filter bags;Medium-temperature flue gas can be selected with filter bags made of polyester, polypropylene and other materialsFilter bags made of glass fiber and other materials can be used for low-temperature flue gas.
2.Dust quality: select the appropriate dust bag according to the quality of the dust in the boiler flue gas. For the large viscous dust, filter bags made of polyester, polypropylene and other materials that are easy to clean should be selectedFor dust that is not easy to adhesion, filter bags made of fluoromex, pps and other materials with good wear resistance can be selected.
3.Filtration accuracy: Select the appropriate dust bag according to the treatment requirements of boiler flue gas. For the occasion that requires higher filtration accuracy, the filter bag with a small pore size should be selectedFor occasions that require lower filtration precision, filter bags with larger pore sizes can be used.
