In the heat conduction oil boiler, the electric heater is directly inserted into the organic carrier for direct heating, and the heated heat conduction oil is transported to the heating equipment through the liquid phase circulation through the high-temperature oil pump, and then returned to the electric heating oil furnace through the oil outlet of the heating equipment to form a complete circulating heating system. The temperature of the electrically heated heat conduction oil boiler is controlled by the digital temperature bar control instrument, which has the functions of over-temperature alarm, low-oil level alarm and over-pressure alarm.

Principle of heat conduction oil boiler: The official name of heat conduction oil boiler is hot oil furnace, and its organic heat carrier furnace is commonly known as heat conduction oil furnace. It is a new type of thermal energy equipment that uses heat conduction oil as the circulating medium for heating and coal, oil and gas as fuel. Heat conduction oil furnace refers to a new type of heat energy conversion equipment that uses high-temperature heat conduction oil as the heat transfer medium. Usually "megawatts" are also used to indicate the capacity of the furnace, and the old units are also expressed as "10,000 kilowatt hours" or "10,000 kilocalorie hours", that is, "104 kilocalorie hours", and the advantage of heat transfer oil boilers is "high temperature and low pressure".

Heat conduction oil boiler use: heat conduction oil furnace is mainly used for natural gas, heating and mineral oil processing, storage and transportation. Refineries use heat transfer oil to preheat cold materials, which have been successfully used to heat solvents and extractants in the lubricant manufacturing process. Compared with steam heating, heat conduction oil heating has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy, safety and environmental protection, simple operation, uniform heating, energy saving, and low operating pressure.

Classification of heat transfer oil boilers:

1. Coal-fired type, with coal as fuel and heat conduction oil as heat carrier. The circulating oil pump is used to force the liquid phase to circulate, and the heat energy is transmitted to the heating equipment, and then returned to the DC special industrial furnace for reheating. The common types are generally divided into three types of coal-fired structural forms: vertical hand burning, horizontal cylinder burning and horizontal machine burning, which are mainly divided according to the labor intensity of coaling.

2. Oil-fired type, using oil or gas as fuel, burning fuel with burner, and heat conduction oil as heat carrier. The common types are generally divided into vertical structures and horizontal structures, mainly according to the spatial height of the equipment.

3. Heat conduction oil furnace electric heating type. Electric heat conduction oil furnace, heat is generated and transmitted by the electric heating element immersed in the heat transfer oil, with heat transfer oil as the heat carrier, with low pressure, high temperature, safety, effectiveness and energy saving.
