1. Check the parts list and drawings to understand the model and specifications of the globe valve, and check whether the materials and tools selected meet the requirements.

2. Clean and inspect the parts to ensure that there is no dirt and defects on the surface of the parts, and check whether the size of the parts meets the requirements.

3. Prepare the required tools and equipment, such as wrenches, torque wrenches, pliers, hammers, lubricating oil, zinc oxide paste, etc.

Place the valve body on the workbench and tighten the flange bolts in turn with a wrench to ensure that the valve body is tightly connected with the pipeline.

Place the stem into the body, noting that the top of the stem should be aligned with the bonnet, and install a stop on the top of the stem.

Place the spool inside the stem and place the stem into the body along with the spool. Connect the end of the spool with the stem and tighten the spool bolts with a wrench.

Place the bonnet on the valve body and tighten the flange bolts sequentially with a wrench.

Place the handwheel on the stem and tighten the handwheel nut with a wrench.

Check that the valve is well connected, whether the valve is stable, and apply the valve parts with lubricating oil and zinc oxide paste. Then test run the valve to check whether the opening and closing of the valve are flexible and smooth.

1. Regularly check whether the connection of the valve is tight and whether the parts are normal.

2. Regularly apply lubricating oil and zinc oxide paste to ensure the normal operation of valve parts.

3. If the valve is found to be faulty, it should be cleaned and repaired in time to ensure the normal use of the valve.
