The Word Revision feature is a very useful tool that helps users keep track of the changes in the document for better collaboration and review of the document.

Here is a detailed tutorial to guide you on how to use Word's revision feature:

1. Turn on the revision mode.

Open the Word document that you want to edit.

In the menu bar at the top, find the Review tab.

Click the "Revision" button to turn on the revision mode.

2. Revise the content of the document.

In revision mode, any changes you make to the document, such as adding, deleting, or modifying text, are recorded. Edits are flagged and the name of the person who made the change and when it was modified are displayed.

If you want to delete something, just delete them. In revision mode, deleted content displays an underline in the middle of the text to indicate that the content has been deleted.

If you want to add or modify something, just do it. In revision mode, the format of the newly added content will be completely different from the original content, and if you modify the format, you will also see a comment on the interface to modify the format.

If you want to make a suggestion or comment on a part of the document, you can select the text you want to annotate and click New Comment in the Review tab. Enter your suggestion or comment in the comment box.

3. Accept or reject the amendment.

If you wish to save the revisions in the document as another document, you can copy the whole document and paste it into another new Word document. In the new document, all revision marks will be cleared, leaving only the modified content.
