In Microsoft Excel, you can use the Print Header feature if you want to include a header on each page when you print a multi-page worksheet. This way, no matter how long yours is, the header row will be repeated at the top of each page when printed. Here are the steps to set it up:
Open the worksheet
Open the excel sheet you want to print.
Select a page layout
Click on the "Page Layouts" tab at the top of Excel.
Set the print title
In the Page Setup group, click Print Title (or the Worksheet tab in the Page Setup dialog box).
Select duplicate rows
In the popping up Page Setup dialog box, go to the Sheets tab.
Under Print Title, in the Top of Row box, select the row that you want to repeat at the top of each page. You can directly enter a reference to a line, for exampleRepresent the first row, or use the small icon on the right side of the dialog box to select the row.
Click "OK".
Before printing, you can use the Print Preview to see if the header appears at the top of each page as expected.
Go to File - Print and check if each page contains the header in the print preview.
With this approach, the selected row is printed out as a header at the top of each page, regardless of how many pages your data spans. This is very helpful in ensuring that the printed data is easy to understand and reference.
