We only sell fresh eggs. Each egg is marked with a 'birth certificate', which can be traced back to the source at any time when it was produced and whether it was selenium-rich or not. Dai Hongyan, the head of the company, told reporters.
The company has fully intelligent breeding equipment, which realizes the whole process of intelligent feeding, drinking water, temperature control, manure drying, and organic fertilizer packaging, saving time and worry. The laying hen farm covering an area of 300 acres has 12 intelligent chicken houses, and the ** egg collection warehouse covering an area of 3 acres can produce 7 per hour50,000 eggs, with an annual output of more than 120,000 tons. The laying hens live in the building, and each floor is equipped with automatic water supply and feeding equipment. The manure in the chicken house is automatically cleaned and dried by the machine and made into organic fertilizer, all on an automated assembly line.
Since its establishment in 2015, the company has focused on building a modern circular agriculture demonstration park, and in 2019, it was recognized as a Hailan Circular Agricultural and Rural Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
The company has 3,000 acres of vegetable base for Hong Kong, more than 400 people are employed in field operations such as sowing, seedling selection, weeding, harvesting, etc., and high-standard planting of cabbage, kale and other vegetables are exclusively for Hong Kong and Macao, and about 85 tons of fresh vegetables enter the Hong Kong and Macao channel every day.
The company will grow organic vegetables for deep processing, and invested more than 30 million yuan to build a new quick-frozen vegetable and fruit production line, fresh vegetables into quick-frozen products, to meet the needs of consumers, increase corporate profits, has entered the state of trial production.
In November this year, the company launched the PRD egg product full chain digital intelligence industrial park project, which was initially located in China (Zhumadian) International Agricultural Products Processing Industrial Park, with an estimated land area of 130 acres. The project will be built until 2025 and is expected to achieve an annual output value of 3.8 billion yuan by 2029, which can drive the development of Zhumadian animal husbandry, packaging, equipment manufacturing, cold chain, warehousing and logistics and other related industries. Dai Hongyan said: "The whole industry chain of PRD egg products will realize centralized sorting and deep processing of egg products, which is expected to achieve an annual processing of 130,000 tons of egg products and a daily processing of 4 million eggs, which is expected to be processed annually of 14400 million eggs. At that time, we will realize the extension of the egg industry chain. ”
With the support of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Henan Agricultural University, Huanghuai University and other colleges and universities, the company has embarked on a "four-in-one" chain circular economy development path of modern aquaculture, agricultural waste utilization and green planting, and field trusteeship.
