All major cultural relics and cultural resources along the Yellow River have been managed and listed for protection, and the resource itself and the surrounding environment have been systematically protected. The theoretical research system, major identification system, and hierarchical and classified display system of the Yellow River culture have been basically formed. Zheng Bianluo Yellow River Cultural International Tourism Destination has been basically completed, and the international influence of the Yellow River Cultural Tourism Belt has continued to increase. Major transportation facilities, environmental supporting facilities, public cultural and tourism service facilities along the Yellow River National Cultural Park have been continuously improved.

The philosophical thoughts, humanistic spirit, and values of the times contained in the Yellow River culture are fully highlighted. The Yellow River National Cultural Park has become an international model for the protection, inheritance and utilization of cultural heritage, an important carrier for strengthening cultural self-confidence, condensing the national spirit and enhancing national identity, a spiritual home for cultivating family and country feelings, inheriting moral concepts, and sharing the same roots of all ethnic groups, and an important window for telling Chinese stories to the world.
Four key functional areas have been built.
The plan is clear, and the Yellow River National Cultural Park will be classified into key functional areas, that is, delineating control protection areas, creating theme exhibition areas, building cultural and tourism integration areas, and optimizing traditional use areas.
Among them, the traditional use area is mainly based on national historical and cultural cities (blocks), towns and villages within the planning scope, and comprehensively considers the linkage development effects with villages and towns such as the display and utilization of large ruins and national archaeological site parks, the construction and development along the Yellow Ecological Corridor, and the integration of culture and tourism.
The control and protection area is composed of the protection scope of the cultural relics protection unit, the world cultural heritage area and the temporary protection area for the newly discovered and excavated cultural relics, which implements strict protection and control of the cultural relics themselves and the environment, implements closed management of endangered cultural relics, and builds protection first.
1. A model area with priority for inheritance.
The theme exhibition area includes three forms: core exhibition park, centralized exhibition belt, and characteristic exhibition point.
