Garlic chicken wings are a very popular home-cooked dish that is characterized by the tenderness and juicy nature of the chicken wings and the rich flavor of garlic. Here's how to make garlic chicken wings:

Materials Required:18 chicken wings.

2.5 cloves of garlic.

3.2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

4.1 tablespoon dark soy sauce.

5.1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

6.1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.

7.Salt to taste.

8.Pepper to taste.

9.Cooking oil to taste.

10.Chopped green onion to taste.

Steps:1Prepare the chicken wings, wash the chicken wings and make a few cuts on the chicken wings with a knife to absorb the flavor. Put the chicken wings in a bowl, add salt, pepper and cooking wine, stir well, and marinate for about 20 minutes.

2.Chop the garlic into minced garlic and set aside.

3.Heat the pan, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, after the oil is hot, put the marinated chicken wings into the pan one by one, and fry them over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove the fried chicken wings and place them on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.
