On December 30, the state-level finals of the 2023 Qiannan Prefecture "Dancing Fields" Rural Square Dance Competition were held in Luodian County, Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. A total of more than 300 square dance enthusiasts from 15 teams from all over Qiannan Prefecture participated in the competition, injecting enthusiasm and vitality into the winter sports tourism in Luodian.
That night, the performance of "Happy China Happy Home" by the Sandu team kicked off the competition. The contestants depicted a beautiful picture with beautiful dancing, light steps, and diverse performances, and the energetic and colorful dances made the scene burst into applause, "A Big River", "Good Flowers Are Red", "I Love You China" ......Many of the choreography creations are innovative and take into account local characteristics, which are a feast for the audience's eyes.
After more than two hours of competition, the Huishui County Good Flower Bonus Sunset National Art Troupe won the championship, Qiannan Yulin Sports Dance Club and Luodian Moon Moon Art Team won the second place, Dushan County Sunshine Fitness Team, Qiannan Sports Dance Association, and Luodian Vitality Trolling Dance Team won the third place, and Duyun City Gem Team and Luodian County Sports Dance Association won the Excellence Award.
Luodian, where the competition is held, has warm winters, wide waters and high-quality air. Since 2021, Luodian has focused on the "Warm Winter" brand, held more than 80 sports events of various kinds, and formed a sports and tourism integration event system based on mountain cross-country running, cycling around Yuhu Lake, wild fishing in the red water river, basketball games in Guizhou and Guizhou provinces, and national water sports gatherings.
