**The Meteorological Observatory continues to publish
Orange warning for cold spell and blue warning for high winds
The cold wave continues to affect most parts of the country.
The south will also usher in a "cliff-like" cooling.
Affected by the strong cold wave, this morning, central Inner Mongolia, eastern Gansu, Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, western and northern Shanxi, northwest Hebei and other places have 6 to 10 cooling, and the local drop is 14 to 18;Wind gusts of 6 to 8 and 9 to 10 locally occurred in the above-mentioned areas. It is expected that in the next two days, the cold wave weather will continue to sweep through the central and eastern parts of China, and the temperature will drop sharply.
**The Meteorological Observatory continues to issue an orange warning for cold spells this morning:From 08:00 on the 15th to 08:00 on the 17th, the temperature in central Inner Mongolia, the eastern part of Northeast China, most of North China, eastern Huanghuai, most of Jianghuai, Jiangnan, eastern Southwest China, South China and other places will drop by 8 to 12, among them, eastern Liaoning, eastern Jilin, eastern Jianghuai, most of Jiangnan, southeastern Southwest China, most of South China and other places will cool down by 14 to 16, and some areas of southeastern Jilin, eastern Liaoning, eastern Guizhou, and eastern Jiangnan will cool down by more than 18.
Most of the above-mentioned areas are accompanied by northerly winds of force 4 to 6 with gusts of 7 to 9 and locally more than 10, and winds of 6 to 8 with gusts of 9 to 10 in the eastern and southern seas.
After the influence of the cold wave, the minimum temperature line 0 on the morning of the 17th can be pressed south to the southern part of Guizhou and the northern part of Jiangnan, and the -10 line is located in the northern part of Huanghuai to the Qinling Mountains. The minimum temperature in some areas of North China and northern Huanghuai will be close to or reach the extreme value of the same period in history.
In terms of rain and snow, it is expected that starting today, the scope of rain and snow weather across the country will decrease and the intensity will weaken, but there will be moderate to heavy snow in parts of eastern Jilin, northeast Liaoning, and northern Shandong, with localized heavy snowfall. 
Meteorological experts reminded that although the rain and snow weather has ended, the follow-up impact is still there, and the public needs to guard against the adverse effects of road snow and road ice on traffic travel, and also need to do a good job of snow removal work such as shed roofs. In the next few days, cold air will "rule" in the central and eastern regions, the temperature will plummet and the low temperature will last for a long time, please do a good job of wind protection and warmth, add clothes in time, reduce outdoor activities in a timely manner, and take care of yourself.
