The plan points out that it is necessary to further improve the standardization, recycling, reduction and harmlessness of express packaging. By the end of 2025, the prohibition of the use of toxic and harmful express packaging requirements will be fully implemented, the standardized management system of the express delivery industry will be effectively operated, the awareness of express packaging reduction of e-commerce and express delivery industry operators will be significantly improved, and the excessive packaging of express delivery of large brand e-commerce enterprises will be significantly improved.
In addition, the plan proposes ten main actions and measures, such as special guidance actions for the reduction of express packaging, leading actions by e-commerce platform enterprises, green upgrading actions of express packaging ** chain, and promotion of recyclable express packaging, focusing on key areas and outstanding problems, promoting the high-quality development of e-commerce and express delivery industries, and accelerating the cultivation of new models of recyclable express packaging.
