Intensify publicity efforts and actively build a safe and secure consumption environmentCommend advanced individuals in consumer rights protection and outstanding enterprises in the creation of demonstration enterprises for assured consumption, carefully organize on-site consultation activities on the "3.15" International Consumer Rights Day, take the form of first-class exhibition boards, and carry out on-site publicity activities around the theme of the year to popularize consumer rights protection laws and regulations, typical cases of rights protection, and scientific consumer knowledge, so as to enhance consumers' awareness of compliance. Strengthen cooperation, publish annual typical cases of consumer rights protection through a number of cases, and use cases to explain the law and strengthen legal popularization and publicityCarry out online publicity and consultation, **3ยท15" promotional video and identification of fake**, answer questions for consumers, and guide consumers to consume scientifically and rationally. 3. Smooth channels for rights protection, and vigorously improve the quality and efficiency of consumer rights protectionOpen up online and offline rights protection channels, apply the "e-commerce consumer rights protection green channel through train" and "** consumer dispute resolution through train" ODR platform, implement online docking, litigation and mediation docking, and mutate rights protection for local acceptance, greatly reduce the cost of consumer rights protection, and strive to solve the problems of slow, difficult, and scattered online consumer complaints. Actively promote the settlement and docking mechanism of consumer complaints offline, and 1,125 enterprises in the city signed a settlement and docking agreement with the consumer association organization in the jurisdiction, promising to fulfill the obligation of consumer complaint settlement. The rights protection department, merchants and consumers should directly connect online and offline, reduce links, shorten time, and remove space, and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of complaint handling. Since 2022, the city's market supervision departments at all levels and consumer associations have received about 209999 consumer complaints, reports, and consultations through channels, the Internet, and 207463 cases have been completed, with a completion rate of 988%, of which 71,520 consumer complaints were accepted, and 1,622 economic losses were recovered for consumers730,000 yuan.
Fourth, promote the creation of assured consumption and help the city's consumption environment to be further improvedIn accordance with the requirements of "expanding the industry, expanding the scale, and creating a brand", we will continue to carry out the creation of assured consumption, promote the creation of assured blocks, scenic spots, and comprehensive markets from the creation of a single business entity, and create 1 demonstration block for assured consumption in scenic spots, 2 demonstration streets for take-out catering, and 1 commercial complex for assured consumption. The 2023 State Administration for Market Regulation's Consumer Environment Construction Work Symposium and the Provincial Market Supervision System's Work Site Meeting on the Creation of Assured Consumption were both held in Jiujiang. Up to now, the city has participated in the creation of 1,046 enterprises in the creation of "assured consumption demonstration stores", quickly handled 95 consumer disputes, and paid 1 in advance270,000 yuan. Actively promote the return of offline shopping without reason, guide the majority of physical store operators to change their business philosophy, implement healthy competition, improve service quality, and through the development of the "offline shopping no reason to return commitment" activity, so that consumers can exercise the "right to regret" of offline shopping, reduce consumer disputes, and further create a safe and secure consumption environment. Up to now, there are 287 physical stores in the city that have participated in the seven-day no-reason return and exchange commitment activity, covering many aspects of "clothing, food, housing, transportation and medicine".
