Recently, the third national soil census results of Jiangxi Province was successfully held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, and the provincial tungsten and rare earth quality inspection center participated in the meeting as the internal testing unit of the survey.

At the meeting, Liu Guanghua, member of the party group and deputy director of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, conveyed the spirit of relevant documents such as the "Notice on Carrying out the Third National Soil Census" (Guo Fa 2022 No. 4), and analyzed the progress of the province's three census work at this stage. At the same time, it also puts forward clear requirements for the three general offices, quality control units and third-party institutions at all levels in the province.

The national soil census is an important survey of national conditions and national strength to comprehensively identify and find out the soil types and distribution rules in China, the current situation and change trend of soil resources, which involves a wide range, many participating departments, heavy tasks and high technical requirements. As a national "public service demonstration platform", the Provincial Tungsten and Rare Earth Quality Inspection Center will effectively play an exemplary and leading role as a technical institution, participate in this task with higher standards and requirements, complete the work task with quality and quantity, lay a solid foundation for keeping the red line of cultivated land, optimizing the layout of agricultural production, and ensuring national food security, and provide technical support for accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
