Subsequently, Jiang and others of Zhongrun World urged our hotel to pay the remaining 50 items without handing over and applying for the property certificate to our hotel, and after we rejected the conditions of their breach of the contract, Jiang has responded to it on 8 occasions with various reasons from December 2016 to the present The water and electricity outages at our Skyrim Hotel have accumulated for more than 400 days, which has seriously affected the renovation and normal operation of our hotel. From March 29, 2017 to May 13, 2017, our hotel was cut off from water and electricity for 46 days, and in order to avoid the loan repayment obligation of 10 million yuan, a certain Runshi forced our hotel legal person to give up the right of recovery, resulting in 10 million yuan being used without interest for 6 years.
From July 2016 to October 2018, during the anti-gang and anti-evil campaign, the company continued to arbitrarily cut off water and electricity, and used bulldozers to block doors and obstruct construction to demand money from the owners in the industrial park, and threatened them accordingly. After we reported to the law enforcement department, the law enforcement department came to deal with it once, but after that, the bulldozer still blocked the door for more than two months, and cut off water and electricity, and blocked work for more than 300 days
Among them, between 3 April 2018 and 13 October 2018, Jiang and others cut off the electricity and electricity supply in our hotel and threatened us to sign a "Supplementary Agreement", which required us to pay the purchase price of the house in one lump sum, and indicated that if we did not pay on time, Jiang and others would have We have the right to cut off water and electricity to the hotel, and ask us to pay $3.9 million for the loss, otherwise we will not be supplied with water and electricity, and force other owners to change the important terms of the contract, so that the owners will change from the non-breaching party to the breaching party. and our hotel suffered tens of millions of yuan in losses due to this power outage for 184 days, so we had no choice but to agree to jiang's request.
So far, our hotel has paid a total of 41 million yuan to the purchase price and loss fees of the hotel, reaching 80 percent of the total room price of 51 million yuan4 , but there are a total of 29 rooms in Building 5 , which is only 15 of the total number of houses76 , but Jiang and others still implemented water and electricity cuts to obstruct the normal operation of our hotel.
