Two weeks ago, WBO Super Featherweight World Champion Emmanuel N**Arrete and Robson Kensecao faced off in a tight matchup, but the bout ended in a draw, but there was a follow-up to the bout.

Shortly after the match, Emmanuel Navarrete said in an interview that he lost the match entirely because of an injury to his left hand during the match, and that Emmanuel Navarrete underwent surgery on his left hand this weekend.

The world boxing champion, nicknamed "The Cowboy", posted a photo on his social media in which Emmanuel Navarrete lies in a hospital bed in the Americas in Mexico, with his left arm immobilized in a cast and bandage. On social media, Emmanuel Navarrete said the operation was a success, calling his operation a minor operation and saying that it was the result of a re-aggravation of an old injury that prevented him from being 100 per cent involved in the match against Robson Kensecou.

After the surgery, Emmanuel Navarrete said he would be ready for a new challenge early next year. As I understand it, Manuel Navarrete's priority is to complete his rematch with Robson Kensecao next year, as Emmanuel Navarrete publicly stated after the bout two weeks ago that Robson Kensecao should have a chance to fight again.

In this bout, Emmanuel Navarrete knocked Robson Kencau twice (in the fourth and seventh rounds), but didn't deal fatal damage to him. Robson Kensecao relied on his technical superiority to play Emmanuel Navarrete in many rounds, and the scores were very close.

Robson Kensecaeu, an Olympic athlete from the Olympic system, threw 822 punches and hit 213 times, while Emmanuel Navarrete threw 487 punches and hit 116 times. When the twelve rounds were over, two referees decided the match to be tied 113-113, with only one referee ruling Emmanuel Navarrete to win 114-112.

After this surgery, Emmanuel Navarrete may have to go through a relatively long recovery period (three to six months). Hopefully, Emmanuel Navarrete will be able to get back to full soon, because staying fit will be key to his victory if he wants to win his rematch with Robson Kensekau. I believe that when healthy, Emmanuel Navarrete will be able to emerge victorious.

As for Robson Kensecaw, while his technique is indeed good, his fragile jaw and weak fists are not destined to help him win the World Title in the power-oriented professional boxing arena.
