Tel Aviv Light Rail Green Line

The full length of the green line39 km, with:62 stations, of which 4 km are underground. The line will run from north to south, connecting Holon and Lichunglezion with the city center of Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv University, the western industrial and commercial district of Herzliya and the business district of the city of Atidin. The Green Line will have state-of-the-art trams that are expected to be delivered by 203076 million passengers, commuting time reduced by an average of 14%. The project is part of Israel's larger transportation investment plan to meet the country's growing transportation needs, reduce congestion in Tel Aviv and serve 4 million residents.

Other French plants involved include Le Clouzzo, which supplies bogies, Ornan, which supplies electric motors, and Villepin, which provides passenger information systems. In addition, Alstom's Fes plant in Morocco will supply wiring harnesses and distribution cabinets, while its plant in Charleroi, Belgium, will supply electronic systems such as a new integrated traction system, a 1500 V auxiliary converter and the HESOP energy saving system.
