Recently, with the theme of "prevention first, life first", the fire emergency drill and fire safety theme activity of the property industry in the bonded zone was held in the Airport Yuanhang Business Center.
The event was hosted by the Social Development Bureau of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone and the Fire and Rescue Detachment of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, and undertaken by the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Property Management Association, aiming to further popularize fire safety knowledge, enhance the attention of property service enterprises and the whole society to fire safety, enhance the awareness of fire safety responsibility of property service enterprises, and create a good fire safety environment.
The activity adopts the method of "scenario simulation + live drill + emergency science popularization" to simulate the whole process of emergency rescue of property staff in the event of a fire, focusing on five links: fire discovery, initial fire fighting, personnel evacuation, wounded rescue and fire vigilance. At the fire simulation site, the participants demonstrated how to quickly evacuate to a safe area along the evacuation route in an emergency, correctly use fire extinguishers and fire water cannon trucks to extinguish fires, and the whole process responds quickly, has a clear division of labor, and progresses in an orderly manner. At the same time, an emergency escape experience hall was set up to allow on-site personnel to experience and master the correct escape skills through simulated emergencies.
In addition, professionals from the Red Cross Blue Sky Rescue Team were also invited to give on-site explanations to introduce emergency rescue knowledge such as hemostasis bandaging, cardiac resuscitation, Heimlich first aid and fixed handling.
It is reported that in the next step, the Social Development Bureau of the Free Trade Zone will work with the fire rescue department to continue to increase the daily supervision of fire safety of various property projects, and solidly carry out the 2023 special action for the investigation and rectification of major safety hazards, so as to create a safe and peaceful working and living environment for the majority of residents and escort the high-quality economic and social development of the Free Trade Zone.
