Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission and other five departments jointly issued the "Action Plan for the Green Development of the Shipbuilding Industry (2024-2030)", which put forward a number of specific measures from five aspects: building a green ship product system, promoting the green transformation of the manufacturing system, promoting the construction of a green ** chain system, and strengthening regional coordination and international cooperation for green development.
In terms of building a green ship product system, the action plan proposes to accelerate the formation of a green ship genealogy supply capacity, comprehensively improve the green design capability of ships, accelerate the research and development and application of green power systems, and promote the green upgrading of marine supporting equipment.
In terms of promoting the green transformation of the manufacturing system, the action plan points out that the establishment of an advanced ship construction system, the promotion of the construction of a global green ship repair center, the full implementation of safe and environmentally sound ship dismantling, and the expansion of the application scope of green and low-carbon special technologies.
In terms of promoting the construction of the green chain system, the action plan is clear, and measures such as promoting the establishment of an industry carbon footprint management system, accelerating the construction of a green ship supporting chain, improving the green and low-carbon standard system, and building a public service platform for green development.
In terms of strengthening regional coordination and international cooperation in green development, the Action Plan proposes measures to promote regional coordination of industrial green development and adhere to high-level opening up and cooperation.
The Action Plan also clarifies safeguard measures such as strengthening work coordination, forming a joint force of green development policies, and creating a green development atmosphere.
