Shenji NX9031, which is a self-developed intelligent driving chip developed by Wei, is manufactured using a 5nm automotive process, with more than 50 billion transistors, and runs various AI algorithms flexibly and efficiently through the self-developed inference acceleration unit NPU (NPU TPP computing power, total power performance <4800), and the Shenji NX9031 can dynamically wake up each subsystem in microseconds.
As for the specific computing power, it has not been announced, but Li Bin said that NIO's intelligent driving system has previously used 4 NVIDIA Orin X chips, with an overall computing power of 1000+ TOPS, and Shenji NX9031 can achieve the performance of the four flagship intelligent driving chips in the industry. At a time when everyone is busy mass producing the 800V architecture, the ET9 has used the 900V architecture, with the highest voltage of the 925V vehicle, 600kW peak charging power, and 765A peak charging current. At the same time, NIO has also developed its own 46105 large cylindrical battery cells and battery packs, with an energy density of up to 292Wh kg, a utilization rate of 84% and a capacity of 120kWh, and also supports 5C fast charging, which can achieve 255 kilometers of energy replenishment in 5 minutes.

NIO has also made great efforts on the chassis this time, equipped with the world's first integrated hydraulic fully active suspension system, SKYRIDE, which integrates the three core hardware systems of steer-by-wire, rear-wheel steering and fully active suspension, with faster adjustment ability and speed, and can complete information processing, calculation and response within 1 millisecond, which is currently the world's only fully controlled-by-wire intelligent chassis system.
The steer-by-wire adopts telecommunication transmission, which does not have the constraints of the shape and space of the traditional mechanical structure, which can further improve the accuracy and corresponding speed of the operation. The fully active suspension adopts a hydraulic full active suspension system, which highly integrates the shock absorber with the active suspension electric drive unit to further enhance comfort.
