5.After inflation, whether the cylinder will have bubble deformation and other problems, these problems will cause serious defects for safe use.
6.Whether there is any abnormal change in the temperature of the bottle;Whether the cylinder accessories are in good condition and meet the requirements of the current standard.
7.Whether the product qualification certificate is filled in correctly, clearly and standardized;Whether each bottle of gas leaving the factory has a warning label.
Improve the ability to operate equipment in special situations. When helium is injected into the cylinder to inflat, if the bottle mouth and bottle valve are on fire or the temperature inside the cylinder rises sharply, resulting in extreme heat on the cylinder wall, the inflation valve and cylinder valve should be closed immediately, the conduit should be removed, the cylinder should be quickly removed from the workplace, and then all the gas in the cylinder should be released (but toxic or harmful gases cannot be released directly, and other effective measures need to be taken).
