In accordance with the system requirements of zoning prevention and control, alignment configuration, combination of grass and irrigation, forest and grass distribution engineering, terraced water cellar and other system requirements, Lintao County has made unremitting efforts to improve soil and farmland, vigorously develop the river basin economy, cultivate characteristic industries, and expand the total economic volume of the county, forming a governance and development model of "barren mountains are closed and afforested, slopes are returned to farmland for grass, terraced fields are mulched with film and seed potatoes, ditches are built and dammed and stored, roads and electricity in villages and villages are unimpeded, households are equipped with cellars and ponds, every family builds sheds and raises livestock, and everyone gets rich with science and technology". On the basis of river basin management, water, electricity, roads and other infrastructure facilities have been comprehensively provided, which has greatly improved the production and living conditions of farmers. In 2023, Lintao County will complete 20,000 mu of slope to ladder through the implementation of the comprehensive soil erosion control project on sloping cultivated land, implement 2 small watershed treatment projects, build 7 new silt dams, and complete the comprehensive soil erosion control area of 862 square kilometers, new achievements have been made in the comprehensive management of soil erosion, providing an ecological guarantee for the high-quality economic and social development of the county.
