January 23.

The art exhibition by Sakarin Kruonon is a thought-provoking art exhibition. An in-depth study of the impact of human choice on morality. The main work of the exhibition is "A Monument to the Age of Awakening". It consists of white tiled antlers, arranged on a dark surface of water. Tell beautiful creatures the fruit of man's infinite greed for dead species. It is either a threat to the places we call home, not a critique of progress or a critique of the old society. Emphasizing that any human action affects other things, no matter what era or culture we live in, the Age of Awakening Memorial is a work of art that encourages reflection as we choose to do good or evil. Encourage us to take responsibility for our actions and move towards a better future.

Other works presented in this exhibition address different levels of ethical issues. The power struggle between interest and justice. Prioritizing personal interests and committing to ethical principles are difficult decision-making situations that everyone has faced from the past to the present. "Upside Down" and "Tiger Hunting" are two works inspired by the folk tales of the two places. One side of the canvas is embroidered with the word "morality" in capital letters. The work itself demonstrates the richness and ethical issues of cultural heritage. Meaning is expressed through symbols to present complex ideas. By comparing the traditions and eras of the same era, consideration of stories related to the consequences of human actions is encouraged.

Kratua Tang Tiger is an installation inspired by traditional games that were popular in the past. It tells the story of the hunting of tigers in southern Thailand. It is a work that blurs the boundaries between the real world and the world of illusions. The audience is invited to examine the layers of meaning inserted into the folktale, while reflecting on the potential for cultural stories to permeate and share experiences among audiences.

Created in 1998 as a shower, the lotus flower is a symbol of Wednesday but synonymous with a bullet, using a metaphor for the conflict between the principles of peace and rigid social and political structures deeply rooted in Thai culture, inviting the viewer to reflect on the complexity of Thailand's social and political landscape.

Sakarin Krua-on is one of Thailand's outstanding artists and has been widely recognized in contemporary art both nationally and internationally. From 19 December 2023 to 23 January 2024, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA Bangkok) will be open to the world for free with temporary exhibitions on the 1st and 2nd floors of the G floor of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA Bangkok) to experience the essence of the human spirit.
