How to listen to a good lesson.
Listening to and evaluating classes is an important part of education and teaching, and it is very important for teachers, principals, and teaching and research staff to listen to and evaluate classes well. Teachers can learn from the strengths of others and learn from others to make lessons better. Principals can grasp the teaching outline and manage the teaching in a clear manner. 1.Put aside the appearance of "lively and lively", and listen to the evaluation of whether the enthusiasm for teaching is high. The most important thing is to listen to and evaluate whether the lesson really achieves the "three movements":(1) The teacher touches the students;(2) Teaching to impress students;(3) Evaluate and excite students.
2.Remove the appearance of "clear goals", and listen to the teaching objectives that are not clear. The most important thing is to listen to and evaluate whether this lesson has really achieved the "four clear":(1) Goal determination;(2) The objectives are clearly stated(3) Identification of objectives;(4) The goal is to learn clearly.
3.Putting aside the appearance of "interlocking", the logic of listening and commenting on teaching is not clear. The most important thing is to listen to and evaluate whether this lesson has really achieved the "three clears":(1) The logic of subject teaching is clear;(2) Students learn to be logical(3) The starting point of teaching is logically clear.
4.Putting aside the appearance of "colorful", listening to the evaluation of students' learning is not real. The most important thing is to listen to and evaluate whether the lesson really achieves the "three realities":(1) students learn independently and solidly;(2) Students learn cooperatively;(3) Students show and communicate effectively.
5.Put aside the appearance of "teachers singing and students harmonizing", and listen to and evaluate whether the teacher's guidance is good. The most important thing is to listen to and evaluate whether this lesson has really achieved the "five guides":(1) Teaching and guiding according to aptitude;(2) Sending charcoal in the snow;(3) Finishing touch;(4) Guiding the ground according to the situation;(5) Teach people to guide the fishing land.
6.Put aside the appearance of "assessment feedback" and listen to the quality of the class. The most important thing is to listen to and evaluate whether the lesson has really achieved the "three haves":(1) effective knowledge formation;(2) effective capacity development;(3) Effective moral education.
