Design Scheme:

In the C and D areas of the plant, Bodi centralized electrostatic oil mist collection and filtration system HCE-W2C is equipped respectively, and multiple machine tools use an electrostatic oil mist collector host for collection and purification.

Each machine is connected using a branch pipe and then connected to the electrostatic mist collector via a main pipe. The oil mist generated during work is sucked into the pipeline under the action of negative pressure, and enters the electrostatic oil mist collector host for collection and purification, and a manual damper can be installed on each machine tool to adjust the air volume of each station. A host platform is built outside the workshop, the host system is placed on the platform, and the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney after treatment.
