1.The processing technology of the inner tank of the nitrogen filling oven is different from that of the hot air circulation oven. The nitrogen consumption of the nitrogen oven itself is very large, the normal hourly nitrogen consumption is 3 4 times the volume of the box studio, in order to save the maximum nitrogen consumption, the inner tank of the nitrogen oven must be fully welded, high temperature sealing treatment, try to make the leakage to the minimum, of course, can not completely avoid leakage, after all, the sealing gap with the vacuum oven is far away, but the sealing is not weak compared with the general nitrogen cabinet. The inner tank of the hot air circulation oven is generally splicing, even if it is a welding liner, it is only spot welding, and will not do full welding, when it comes to full welding, we may not know very much, so to speak, spot welding is an interval of argon arc welding joint 2, and full welding is from the beginning to the end, such as the sink must be full welding so that there will be no water leakage, and with spot welding, there must be water leakage, in addition to the high temperature sealing is welded, but also in the weld seam coated with high temperature resistant sealant, the second seal. Another advantage of this method is that after the inside is filled with nitrogen, it can not only achieve an oxygen-free environment (oxygen content "2000ppm"), but also ensure a relatively clean environment inside, because the insulation material between the inner tank and the outer shell cannot penetrate into the inner tank and cause pollution to the inside.
2.The difference between the air inlet system and the exhaust air system of the nitrogen filling oven and the hot air circulation oven. There is no air inlet system in the nitrogen filling oven, only one nitrogen intake is used as fresh air, and the hot air circulation oven has a special air inlet, exhaust air, the exhaust air of the nitrogen filling oven must be adjustable, if there is no pollution or peculiar smell in the baking process, the exhaust outlet can be completely closed, and if the hot air circulation oven closes the exhaust outlet, the air volume is reduced, which will have an impact on the internal temperature uniformity.
3.The nitrogen pipeline of the nitrogen-filled oven is a seamless welded pipeline, not an ordinary pipeline, because the seamless welded pipeline has certain compressive and explosion-proof properties, and can withstand high temperatures, while the sealing and high temperature resistance of ordinary pipes are greatly reduced. In addition, the front section of the nitrogen pipeline will also be equipped with nitrogen pressure regulating valves, filtration devices, and nitrogen flowmeters that need to be resistant to high temperatures to prevent high-temperature impact from causing fragmentation and bursting.
