2) In 2022 and 2025, the cumulative installed capacity of new solar photovoltaic in new civil buildings in cities and towns will not be less than 150,000 kwp;
3) Within the scope of urban construction land in Pinghu City, the design energy saving rate of new civil buildings reaches 75%;
4) On the basis of the energy-saving design standards implemented in 2016, the reduction of the average carbon emission intensity of regional building operation shall not be less than 70kgco2/（㎡·a）；
5) In 2022 and 2025, the cumulative construction area of ultra-low energy consumption buildings shall not be less than 320 thousand.
