ASUS's gaming brand, ROG Gamer Republic, participated in the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2024) to bring the AI PC and NUC series to consumers, equipped with up to Intel Core Ultra 9 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards, bringing powerful computing power, and making its first appearance at the ROG Phone 8 series of gaming phones of the year.

First of all, the new Zephyrus G14 G16 of the Zephyris series was officially unveiled. Powered by an AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS processor, the Zephyrus G14 features productivity tools that support Windows Studio effects with AMD Ryzen AI, including auto-framing, eye correction, and advanced background effects on calls.

The Zephyrus G16 uses the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor, which uses an AI-accelerated NPU (Neural Processing Unit) to accelerate the speed of image generation, editing, and 3D rendering on the computer side, while saving power and having a longer battery life.

Both variants are powered by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics cards and ROG's exclusive Nebula OLED display, which is available in Eclipse Gray and Platinum Silver, with Slash dynamic lighting on the lid and the ability to customize the flashing pattern. The Zephyrus G16 is expected to be available for pre-order by the end of this month.

After Intel's Next Unit of Compute (NUC) became a part of ASUS's lineup, the first product, ROG NUC, was announced at CES 2024. Powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor in a compact 270 180 50mm chassis, it delivers the smoothest gaming experience, and is paired with an NVIDIA RTX 4060 or 4070 graphics card with up to four external 4K screens to deliver stunning visuals. It also has a wide range of connection ports, including HDMI 21a、displayport 1.4、thunderbolt 4/usb4 type-c、usb 3.2 gen 2、usb 2.0. Compatible with Windows 11 and Linux systems.

The ROG Phone 8 series, which has been frequently used on social media platforms recently, will be unveiled at CES 2024 as expected. Thinner than the previous generation, narrower bezels, and a 678-inch AMOLED screen with innovative design and lighting logo on the back cover. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile computing platform, the new device is equipped with advanced AI features, including AI recognition and quick search, intelligent photo album search, AI voice noise cancellation, and 5,500mAh battery and wireless charging.

ASUS has enhanced the ROG Phone 8 series triple camera system, featuring a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main camera and a 6-axis anti-hand-vibration hybrid gimbal, a 3-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 32-megapixel telephoto lens, 3x optical zoom and anti-OIS hand-shaking capabilities, and IP68 waterproof for dust and water resistance. The ROG Phone 8 series will be officially released on January 16th, with more design details and a suggested selling price to be revealed on the same day.
