The Cyberspace Administration of China recently disclosed a number of typical cases of undermining the business network environment, seriously investigated and dealt with a number of violations of laws and regulations that infringed on the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs, and closed accounts that published false information and sought illegal benefits in accordance with the law, releasing a signal of firmly creating a good environment for enterprises.
In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, some people have started to think crookedly, and put the goal of "making money" to enterprises, making profits with "drafts", and even extortion, which not only makes the attacked enterprises unbearable, but also confuses the public and pollutes the network environment.
Cyberspace is an important part of the business environment and plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises. Whether it is a self-leading platform, a big network V, or a leading platform, it is necessary to abide by the law, create a clean and upright network ecology, optimize the business network environment, and consolidate and enhance the economic recovery trend.
Judging from some typical cases reported by the Cyberspace Administration of China, some accounts seek illegal benefits under the banner of "** supervision";Some disseminate negative and false information related to enterprises, and then ask for "public relations" fees on the grounds of deleting posts and eliminating the impact; Some set up an account matrix, publishing negative information with the left hand to put pressure on the enterprise, and the right hand prescribing conditions requiring the enterprise to ...... "business cooperation".
Under the banner of "supervision" and "evaluation", these accounts pave the way for subsequent "business cooperation" or public relations fees, which seem to be "neutral" and "objective", but in fact they are full of malice. For enterprises that have not given "benefit fees" and "protection fees", they have wantonly spread rumors and smears about the products and businesses under their names, and their behavior is no different from extortion.
This so-called "supervision" and "evaluation" force enterprises to take money to eliminate disasters and pay for public relations, which takes up a lot of time and energy of enterprises, and once "can't talk", enterprises may also fall into a crisis of public opinion, resulting in a decrease in brand reputation and damage to business interests.
For companies that rely on credibility, an inadvertent "bad review" will bring continuous negative effects, not to mention the malicious "smearing" of organized, planned, and matrix accounts.
Judging from previous reports, small and weak small and medium-sized enterprises are more likely to be targeted by "black drafts". These companies are forced to spend money to eliminate disasters in order to calm down the situation due to the cumbersome process of rights protection or lack of experience in dealing with it. After some accounts tasted the "sweetness", they repeatedly reached out and even hired "black draft" writers and "black draft" publishers.
The Internet is not a place outside the law. In the "Opinions of the Communist Party of China on Promoting the Development and Growth of the Private Economy" issued this year, it is clearly stated that the best environment for cultivating and respecting the innovation and entrepreneurship of the private economy should be cultivated. Establish departmental coordination mechanisms, severely crack down on extortion and other acts that use negative public opinion as a threat in accordance with the law, improve relevant reporting mechanisms, and reduce the cost of protecting enterprises' rights.
The person in charge of the relevant department of the Cyberspace Administration of China said in the report of the above cases that it will maintain a high-pressure situation, continue to rectify all kinds of illegal information and behaviors related to enterprises, and create a good business network environment for the healthy development of enterprises.
In recent years, the measures of the first department to optimize the business environment have been continuously promoted, deepening the reform of "delegating power, delegating power, delegating power, and improving services" to "reduce the burden" for enterprises, building various platforms to "accelerate" the development of enterprises, improving the regulatory law enforcement system, and building pro-Qing political and business relations, all for enterprises to "travel lightly".
Optimizing the business environment is a systematic project, which should not only pay attention to the improvement of the hard environment such as infrastructure, but also pay attention to the construction of a good environment and other soft environments.
In the face of the noise and "black drafts" of enterprises involved in the online field, relevant departments and online platforms should do good deeds, take the initiative to solve problems for enterprises, create a good business environment, and let enterprises develop with peace of mind.
Enterprises themselves should also abide by laws and regulations, operate in good faith, and do not leave handles and loopholes for those with bad intentions. Once you find extortion, you must stand up and protect yourself with the law.
