On December 10, 2023, the 2023 "Linping Cup" 3rd National Machinery Industry Design Innovation Competition Summit Forum and Award Ceremony came to a successful conclusion in Linping, Hangzhou. The competition was co-sponsored by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Machinery Metallurgical Building Materials Trade Union, and gathered more than 200 enterprises, scientific research institutes and universities in the national machinery industry to participate. After fierce competition in the preliminary review, re-examination, defense and other links, the hydraulic lubrication and cooling integrated system independently developed by Chuanrun won the bronze award of the 3rd National Machinery Industry Design Innovation Competition of the 2023 "Linping Cup".
The hydraulic lubrication and cooling integrated system independently developed by Chuanrun won the bronze award of the competition with its excellent design concept and practical application effect. The hydraulic lubrication and cooling integrated system is a key component of the medium-speed transmission wind turbine, which is a fluid device integrating hydraulics, lubrication and cooling, aiming to achieve continuous and efficient power generation of the wind turbine. Through the technical development of core components such as high dirt holding capacity filter element, high-efficiency heat exchanger, and heavy anti-corrosion, the pain points of hydraulic lubrication and cooling products of wind turbines such as low degree of integration, short filter replacement cycle, poor anti-corrosion ability, low heat exchange efficiency, blocked heat dissipation plate, and no pre-fault diagnosis system have been successfully solved. This innovative solution will promote the development of the wind power industry in the direction of green, intelligent and integrated.
With more than 30 years of mature application of hydraulic, lubrication and cooling system integration and control technology, continuous investment in innovation and solid industrialization capabilities, Chuanrun's hydraulic lubrication and cooling integrated system has won the honorary titles of national "specialized, special and new" enterprise project, national new energy development support project, and "equipment manufacturing" important project in the "5+1" key area of Sichuan Province. This project has four industry-leading technologies and has obtained 8 patent authorizations, which has a positive role in promoting the realization of China's dual carbon goals.
