The three levels of happiness

In this era of rapid change and materialism, everyone wants to live happily, and different people pursue different levels of happiness.

There are three levels of happiness.

The first level is the happiness of the senses, simply put, the happiness brought about by the five senses. For example, the beautiful scenery seen by the eyes, the food eaten, a comfortable and beautiful environment, a pleasant trip, a passionate experience, and a reward for yourself.

These activities bring simple pleasures, which are the pleasures of simply obtaining external substances at the moment.

Most of the time, most people are at this level, for example, when they are in a bad mood, they take a trip to improve their happiness through the time when the body and mind are on the road.

The second level of happiness is the satisfaction of being emotionally taken care of.

Emotions are taken care of, which is divided into two aspects, on the one hand, emotional care from others. For example, the care of the family, the happiness of the parents;Encouragement and support in friendship, being cared for in love, this is also what we often call emotional value, if a person can get enough emotional value from the surrounding environment, then she is undoubtedly happy.

But how can anyone be careful to keep an eye on your emotions?Even if you are in love, you may have a time when you are in a bad state and can't give emotional value!

So, the second aspect is to take care of your emotions. For example, if someone you care about very much today snubs you, you are very lost, you feel your unhappiness, accept it inside, embrace it, and live calmly with unhappiness, this emotion will have a slow outlet, without causing harm to the body, and when the emotion is relieved, the happiness obtained is sublimated.

The third level of happiness is the sublimation and enjoyment of the spiritual level.

Sticking to the exercise for a period of time has obvious feedback, good health, full of energy. Or read a good book, or work hard for a while, and finally get the target grade in your heart, etc.

This kind of happiness is long-lasting, on a higher level, and when you persist in working hard for a period of time, you will enjoy a full sense of achievement.

Nowadays, the pace of people's lives is getting faster and faster, and people's inner construction must also be improved, otherwise your happiness can only stay in all the fragmented time to brush up on such simple activities.

So, love yourself, take care of your emotions, establish long-term goals and work towards them, and the happiness you get will be limitless.
