In order to effectively improve the composition teaching level and skills of the majority of primary school teachers in our county, improve the core literacy of primary school students in the county, cultivate their writing interest and ability, solve the confusion of composition teaching of primary school Chinese teachers, and find the internal connection between text teaching and composition teaching, and find the focus of reading and writing, the Teacher Development Center of Nanzhao County Education Bureau decided to hold a large-scale lecture on the improvement of composition teaching skills of primary school language teachers in Nanzhao County on the basis of full research.
The lecture was held on December 5, 2023 in the lecture hall of Nanzhao County Shuyang Experimental School.
Teacher Zhang Guoliang of Queen's Township Central School led all primary school Chinese teachers from Queen's Township Zhao Peipei, Zhang Zhan, Fan Xinke, Huang Xiaojuan, Li Guanghui, Gao Minzeng, Yin Yanqing, Daniel Zhang, Hot Spring, Wu Shuangshuang, Zhang Qing, Chang Hua, Shang Xin, ** Qi Xinyu and Li Ping to Nanzhao to participate in the training.
The lecture was presided over by Li Xiaofei, deputy director of the county teacher development center, and the lecture invited the famous young beauty writer, Jin Xiaobei, who has been engaged in Chinese teaching for many years, to give a lecture, and the lecture hall was full.
Before the lecture began, Wang Gongsan, secretary and director of Nanzhao County Teacher Development Center, analyzed the current situation of composition teaching in our county, and pointed out that it is of great significance to improve the composition teaching skills and level of primary school teachers in our county, explore the internal relationship between text teaching and writing teaching, and effectively improve the interest and methods of primary school students in writing. He also introduced Mr. Jin Xiaobei's achievements in writing.
Ms. Jin Xiaobei summed up an important insight from the long-term practice of Chinese teaching and writing teaching and her own writing practice: texts are the best teaching materials for composition teaching. The process of primary school students' writing, including the creation of the text, is essentially the beginning of the imitation of the text, so the teaching of Chinese texts should always aim at the students' writing, if the relationship between the two is separated, the text is only about words and sentences, the meaning of paragraphs, rhetorical methods, the central idea, and the composition only allows students to memorize some model texts, it will be a double failure of Chinese teaching and composition teaching.
Next, Mr. Jin Xiaobei expounded the importance of imitation from the aspects of teachers who should pay attention to the entry point of composition teaching at any time when teaching texts, conduct fragment training in the classroom, pay attention to accumulation and flexible use, read and write more, learn to summarize and imitate.
Teacher Jin Xiaobei elaborated on the imitation of the text from three dimensions: expression, content and writing. And point out the imitation of the relevant fragments.
From the steps of appreciation, imitation of the theme of the text, and imitation of the structure of the text, and the steps of "The White Egret", "Sunrise on the Sea" and "The Bamboo Man" as examples, combined with their own composition teaching practice, the example of student imitation revealed in simple terms that the essence of composition teaching is to effectively imitate the text as a model text, and revealed that the text is the best textbook theme for composition teaching, and completed the "promoting writing with text" is the finishing touch to improve the teaching of composition.
Throughout the lecture, Mr. Xiaobei's pure and sweet language was like spring rain moisturizing things, like a trickle, and unconsciously flowed into the heart of the teacher.
