4.The technical level of the company's products is low, lacking relevant product quality identification, trademarks, geographical indications, and new product certificates, and the characteristics of "specialization, refinement, and innovation" are insufficient, and they do not meet the requirements of evaluation indicators
5.The enterprise belongs to the architectural decoration, exhibition, training consulting, catering service and other industries, and does not meet the requirements of the evaluation index;
6.The financial management system of the enterprise is not sound, the structure of the financial statements is chaotic, and the evaluation index requirements are not met.
