Our national standard divides the finished putty into: general putty (type Y) and water-resistant putty (type N). Note: The product inspection report indicates which model standard index is used for inspection. General putty (type Y) is used in places where water resistance is not required. It is composed of double fly powder (i.e. calcium carbonate), starch gum and cellulose. Among them, starch gum is a kind of gum that dissolves in water, dissolves in water, and is not resistant to water. Water-resistant putty (n-type) is used in places where water resistance and high bond strength are required. It is composed of double fly powder (i.e., calcium carbonate), gray calcium powder, cement, organic rubber powder, water retention agent, etc. It has water resistance, alkali resistance and bond strength. After the test of water resistance and alkali resistance, no blistering, cracking and falling off were found, and there was no abnormality in 48 hours of immersion in water and 24 hours of alkali resistance. As moisture absorbs year after year, the water-resistant putty layer of the wall will be maintained to be harder and stronger. The Blue Angel certification is the oldest certification program in history, with 10,000 products already being certified. Its high requirements for environmental protection make this certification very difficult.
