Sanxiang***, December 11 (Correspondent Zhong Yidang, Su Si, Quan**, Reporter Liu Zhendong) In order to actively implement China-Africa agricultural cooperation and China-Africa talent training, on December 10, Luban Workshop Lecture Hall (Phase II) - China (Hunan) - Kenya Edible Fungi Technology Exchange Class opened in Changsha Vocational and Technical College of Commerce and Tourism.
Relying on the image of China's Luban as a "great craftsman", the lecture hall of Luban Workshop adopts the teaching of China-Africa economic and trade professional knowledge and vocational training to carry out industrial training, academic education, characteristic training camps, and "entrepreneurial China-Africa dream". The lecture hall is divided into industries and oriented to the key economic and trade areas between China and Africa, building a bridge between China and Africa for talent training and vocational training, and promoting cultural exchanges and friendship between China and Africa.
At the training site, Feng Zhixiong, a master of Hunan cuisine, and Jiang Yan, a master of Chinese cooking, made mushroom stewed chicken around edible mushroom dishes, and made sugar and oil baba with "Xiang" style pastries.
In terms of course content setting and teaching methods, the actual situation of Kenyan students is fully considered, and the method of teaching is adopted to teach less theory and more demonstration, so that students can learn and use, answer the students' practical problems in a timely manner, and let the students taste the dishes made by themselves and other students, communicate on the spot, and share their experiences. Many trainees said that after this training, the same dishes are better and better looking than before.
The successful holding of the Luban Workshop Lecture Hall not only provides a platform for African students to exchange and learn Xi, but also marks the further improvement of the inheritance of Huxiang culture.
