Monk fruit is a good medicinal material, and there are many ways to eat it, it can be boiled into tea and drunk, and it can also be used to make porridge, and the porridge tasted sweet. A lot of people want to grow monk fruit.

1. Order seedlings.

The cultivation of monk fruit has been improved from the traditional perennial three-year fruit to the vine warp crop that is planted in the same year. Therefore, if you want to plant monk fruit, you need to order seedlings every winter. You can order tissue culture seedlings, or cuttings.

2. Reclaim barren mountains.

In winter, the barren mountains will be reclaimed, and the wind and frost in winter will weatherize the soil, in order to achieve the effect of exterminating insect eggs and improving the soil. If it is a flat plot, try to clean the roots of the tree to prevent the roots and monk fruit from competing for nutrients in the coming year. About seven days before planting, we also do a ploughing to make the soil looser and more suitable for planting.

3. Colonization. Monk fruit seedlings are planted, and the width of the ground compartment is 2 25 meters. Leave a furrow in the middle, the depth and width of 10-15 cm, 30-40 cm. Before planting, the mound is 20 30 cm high on the surface of the box, and the number of 130 150 plants per mu is planted, and the fertilizer is mixed with the soil before planting, and a planting pit is dug on the planting pile, and it should be noted that the planting pit is larger than the nutrient bowl. Before planting, 3 5 kg of rotted farmhouse fertilizer can be applied to the pit to lay the base, and then the cuttings and seedlings with the nutrient bowl retained soil mass can be removed into the planting pit, and the soil is covered and compacted. Mixed male and female planting is required for planting, and 3 male plants need to be planted out of 100 female plants, which is conducive to pollination of monk fruit after flowering. After planting, in addition to watering the roots, the seedlings should also be bagged to prevent frostbite due to low temperature.

4. Seedling management.

Monk fruit likes moisture, but is afraid of waterlogging and drought, so it is okay to keep the soil at 60% to 80% relative water content in monk fruit cultivation. If it is sunny and the humidity is not enough, it is necessary to spray the seedlings in the evening, and pay attention to waterproof and drainage in the rainy season. After the seedlings are fully adapted to the environment of the planting site, they will grow rapidly, and the plastic film can be removed when the seedlings have grown to about 50 cm. When the seedlings grow, they need to guide the main vine to grow upwards. Top dressing is the use of furrow fertilization, 40 cm on both sides of the monk fruit seedlings, 15 20 cm wide, about 50 cm long, 10 15 cm deep fertilization ditch, each monk fruit seedlings apply organic fertilizer 08 1 kg, must be rotten, applied into the ditch and then covered with soil.

5. Pollination with sparse flowers.

After the blooming of the monk fruit, it is necessary to carry out the thinning of the flowers in time, in order to grow a large and uniform fruit in the future, the first few flowers can be removed, and ensure that each plant evenly leaves about 200 strong and full flowers, in July, the monk fruit enters the full flowering period, because the monk fruit itself will secrete a smell that insects do not like, it is difficult to pollinate by wind and insects, so it is necessary to manually pollinate after flowering, in order to ensure the fruit setting rate.

6. Prevention and control of diseases.

Seedlings and soil that have been strictly sterilized should be selected for planting, and then daily management should be strengthened, and corresponding phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and organic fertilizers should be scientifically applied to improve the resistance of plants.
