NewsOn December 10, the opening ceremony of the National Enjoyment Festival of Love Mangrove Forest was held in Futian Mangrove Ecological Park. The event was hosted by the Propaganda Department of the Futian District Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Futian District Public Culture and Sports Development Center, and the Futian District Water Affairs Bureau, and hosted by the Mangrove Affairs Center of Futian District, Futian District, Shatou Sub-district Office, Futian District Fubao Sub-district Office, and CTDU China Travel Federation.
A children's chorus "Born to the Sea" kicked off the prelude to the National Enjoyment Festival of the deep love of mangroves. At the opening ceremony, Zhang Hairong, member of the Standing Committee of the Futian District Party Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, delivered a speech, saying that in order to show the natural ecological charm of mangroves, open the door for the public to get close to wetlands and protect the environment, the first "Love Mangrove National Enjoyment Festival" came into being, and jointly injected energy into the ecological and environmental protection of mangroves in the wonderful cultural scene. 
Subsequently, Futian Good Citizens and Good Boys launched the "Initiative to Promote the Spirit of Mangroves and Protect Ecological Civilization", and the National Enjoyment Festival of Mangrove Forests was officially launched. The opening day also included popular science exhibitions, hiking around the lake, parent-child paintings, interesting lectures, enjoyment and other wonderful activities, attracting the participation of the majority of citizens and tourists.
In the next month, the Love for Mangroves National Enjoyment Festival covers a series of activities such as popular science art installations, blessing natural installations, citizen art exhibitions, fun exploration, co-creation space, enjoyment**, national enjoyment, and New Year's Eve Wonderful Night, whether young people or the elderly, whether they are local or foreign, they can enrich their spiritual life in the activities they are interested in, and raise the national awareness of mangrove ecological protection in the wonderful cultural scene.
