The load cells of Daxingcheng usually use weigh modules, such as cantilever beam load cells, column load cells, etc. This module is widely used in hopper scales, canning scales, belt scales, batching scales, tanks, silos, mixing plants and other application scenarios.
The weigh module consists of a top plate, a base plate, a transition plate, a load cell and a connector. Different types of connectors are different, common connectors include support bolts, feet, horizontal tie rods, etc., the material is mainly carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel, according to the harshness of the use of the environment to choose the appropriate material. For example, in a tank installation, the top, bottom, and transition plates of the weigh module are connected, and the transition plates are then welded to the legs of the tank and the foundation embedded plates.
Weigh modules can be divided into two types: dynamic load module and static load module. The dynamic load module is suitable for applications where horizontal impact forces are present, such as belt conveyors, process controllers, etc. The static load weigh module is suitable for occasions where the vertical force is only subjected to and the horizontal force is small, such as canning scales, batching scales, etc.
